Many of the individuals have been known to the management of CG for some time and their skills and knowledge are very strong. Our personnel pool will continue to grow as we expand into new and challenging works.

The personnel pool strives to operate on the principal of multi skilling which allows CG to derive the most effective use of resource across various core assets.
